- To qualify for a BOND card, a minimum of RM400 (not include of purchases made with gift voucher) must be spent at any EXTREME SHOP or ZERO HOUR Concept Store in a Single Receipt;
- The BOND card is issued for use solely by the card holder, and it is not transferable;
- The discount privileges only apply to full price merchandise which does not include promotions or sales;
- To enjoy discount, privileges, card must be presented during purchases;
- Point can be accumulated with every RM1.00 spent on any product. One (1) Bonus Point will be given an RM25.00 voucher with every five hundred (500) Bonus Points accumulated;
- The company may substitute any reward or prizes for those of comparable value without notice;
- The company will not be held responsible for stolen, lost, damaged cards or unredeemable points with exception that the damage is due to a manufacturing defect or where lost occurs when the card is under the control of any employee of KL Retail Management (M) Sdn Bhd;
- There will be a replacement fee of RM20.00 for lost cards;
- KL Retail Management (M) Sdn Bhd reserves the rights to amend the privileges and the terms and conditions from time to time at its sole discretion and without prior notice.
